Ingredients  
1 cup flour 
1 1/4 cup caster sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup corn oil
6 eggs – yolks and whites separated
1 cup water
2 tsp. vanilla essence
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
 
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, sift flour, salt, sugar and baking powder 3 times. Make a well in the middle.
