Ingredients
1 whole bangus (milkfish)
2 lemon slices
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 big tomatoe chopped
1 onion chopped
2 green onions
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsps. butter
dash of pepper
Preparation
Rub fish inside and out with lemon slices. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Combine tomatoe, onion, green onions, pepper and salt. Stuff inside stomach cavity of fish.
